Cardiovascular Issues: Conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, or a history of heart attacks.

Seizure Disorders: Including epilepsy or a history of seizures.

Aneurysms: Personal or family history of brain or abdominal aneurysms.

Glaucoma or Detached Retina: Due to potential increases in intraocular pressure during breathwork.

Severe Psychiatric Conditions: Such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or recent psychiatric hospitalisations.

Recent Surgeries or Serious Physical Injuries: Particularly if still in the healing process.
